Migration from Reservio
All branches were gradually moved from Reservio into the new custom solution so the entire operation could run in one more flexible system.
Client and admin experience
The platform includes a customer area with profiles and visit history, along with a robust admin section with multiple roles for managers and staff, including access control by responsibility.
Outcome
Working with the system is faster, booking throughput is about 2x more efficient, analytics are better and the clinic can deliver a more personalized customer journey.
